Taking calls until 5:00 PM PT

We cover San Diego proper from 92101 through 92110, plus Chula Vista just seven miles south, Escondido inland, and the Carlsbad and Oceanside stretch up the coast.
Hard water minerals bake onto glass during the heated dry. A rinse aid helps, and so does clearing scale from the spray arms and heater. If cloudiness stays after that, the machine may not be reaching wash temperature.
Not always. A worn drain pump impeller, a failed pump motor, or an air gap packed with debris all leave water behind. We check the sump and the hose route before touching the pump itself.
Depends on what failed. A drain pump, valve, or gasket is usually worth fixing. Rusted tub seams or a burned control board on an older unit change the math. We tell you what we find and let you decide.
Stop the machine and unplug it. Plastic that fell onto the heating element is the common cause, but a seizing motor or scorched wire connection also smells like that. Have it looked at before running another load.
Most calls get a same-week visit, and often next-day if we already have a van in your part of town. We give you an arrival window instead of making you wait all day. If your fridge is warming up or a washer is leaking onto the floor, say so when you call us so we can move you up.
Call us or fill out the form. Describe what you hear, smell or see. Odd noise, standing water, no heat. Have the model number handy if you can reach it.
Pick a window that fits your day. We confirm the address and ask a few questions first, so the van carries parts that commonly fail on your machine.
Our technician tests the machine, explains what failed, and lays out the repair options. Many jobs finish the same visit. Special-order parts get scheduled before we leave.
Ask these of anyone you let into your home — us included. Call and we'll answer all five before you book anything.
Describe the fault, approve the written quote, get it fixed. Starting takes about a minute.
